Ms. Wilson
I am a product of Henderson County as I graduated from North Henderson High School. I attended Appalachian State University and graduated Cum Laude as an Honor Student Teacher. I have taught for three years (third grade 2008-2009, fourth grade reading 2010-2011, first grade 2011-2012), and am looking forward to a second year in first grade. I love teaching as much as I love being a student. I'm currently looking forward to beginning my master's degree.

When I am not at school I can be caught playing with my dog, Otis. We like to hike and take long walks when the weather cooperates. I also enjoy running; during the school year you'll find me participating in Girls on the Run. During the winter months I like to get away and put my snowboard to use on fresh snow. Traveling is something else I thoroughly enjoy and look forward to doing more of in the future. Some of my favorite trips thus far include Europe and the rain forest of Costa Rica.
